the photo of appeared to have a mch more substantial brioche bun. Instead it was a small soft bun reminiscent of a poor hamburger bun. Sandwich fell apart. I recommend you put everything on a bagel.
I have always loved Panera!! It’s amazing! But I’ve been disappointed the last couple times I’ve gone.. I got breakfast a couple weeks ago and the sandwich was very sloppy and falling apart.. second time my cafe mocha which I always love wasn’t very good at all! And not I just went through the drive through about 8:40 and they said they are closed altho they don’t close till 9.. makes me upset and very annoyed.. don’t shot down till the time you actually say your closed!
They always miss at least one item. I was there with my wife and kid yesterday, and wasn't at all surprised that again they failed to give me my chia latte. My wife had to go get it, and she had to go back to the front to get her muffin. . . Like always. It sucks that the service is always bad, but the food is consistently good. We don't go here more than a few times a year because we can't stand how we have to remind them of the items they forget. I hope they can get more organized so I can enjoy my meal next time.
There with a friend who had never been there before. He had onion soup on my recommendation and he loved it. He will be bringing his wife there on a date night soon. We stopped after a meeting, around 9pm, and my soup could have been warmer, but I enjoyed it anyway.
I've ordered all 3 ways (online, fast kiosk, and cashier) never had an issue. I do suggest fast kiosk as you can actually see what all is on the sandwich and it's easier to customize. The soups are always hot. It does get busy around meal times so ordering online is a bit faster. It is one of the best places in st cloud for healthier .
