I've been here on more than one occasion. Whether it be for a birthday party or for dining out. This is a great place to make a meal of your liking. Either by following the recipe cards they give you or by creating something of your own. Always the freshest ingredients as well.
Excellent food and our waitress (Amanda) was very nice and professional. She was very informative and available if we had any needs throughout our dining experience. Her customer service skills were remarkable. She is Definately an asset to the business and management material. Pair the food with the customer service and you can't get any better. A 5+++ review.
They're a little expensive, but I like that you can take food home. Worth the drive for some good food, and the staff are entertaining, both when taking your order and making food. And you get a free meal on your b-day if you show them a valid ID.
Overall though the food is SO GOOD and you have plenty for leftovers (if you do just the one bowl option and stack it high). If you can get there before "the rush" you are gold. Otherwise prepare to wait in line for a while.
The other "con" to this place is that MOST TIMES that I eat there I NEVER get a refill on my drink, yet they ask for tips for servers. I get up and get my own food, I pretty much make my own food, and then I don't even get a refill on a $3+ pop/soda?? Why should we tip for that?
I absolutely LOVE the food. I love that I can customize my order and that I control how much food I get. The price is a TAD high but not too terrible. The one thing that kept my rating from 5 stars is that the wait times in the line are usually VERY long. If it's during peak lunch/dinner hours you can stand in line for upwards of 15-20 minutes holding a heavy bowl of food just waiting to cook it. This is a busy location so it would be amazing if they could get two grills going instead of just one to speed things up.
The concept behind this place is unreal, in a good way. I sat down to order in a traditional manner, and my waitress sat at my table and politely explained how things work here. You basically build your own stir fry bowl and watch it get cooked on a giant round grill by one of 8 cooks. Awesome. Don't go in this place expecting to sit and have your food come to you. Awesome.
