The staff are helpful and friendly—to this day I use the fold-over trick to get the stupid stickers off the top of CD cases that I learned from a woman running the counter in the music area.

This was my high school hangout spot (because...St. Cloud). Books, coffee, cheesecake - can't complain. Only downside, it's not locally owned.
Busy week before Christmas. Lines went fast as they had plenty of staff. Great selection of books. Can spend hours looking . Stop at Cafe for some caffeine if you get drowsy.
