Coffee was fantastic one day and horrible the next. The oatmeal for breakfast was great. A bit high on pricing
All but 1 or 2 of the baristas are very friendly. Today I had the nicest barista that I've encountered at this location. Very refreshing! She should be commended. Fast service, good product, clean facility and great deals for capital one customers keep me coming back.
The staff wasn't friendly or really inviting at all. It was like they were annoyed I was there, or that it was like I was doing something wrong. I left right after I got my drink and said thank you and got no response. My coffee tasted like it had cinnamon in it, when I ordered a caramel macchiato. I eventually threw it away because it was all I could taste. It was expensive, for what I got. As a barista at a Starbucks, I know that these problems could be fixed easily if they just were more welcoming there, and if they were a little bit more caring when they made those drinks. I don't think I'll ever go back, but if improvements were made I would.
No seats for children and parking is limited but good coffee that is cheaper than most places and great atmosphere
Pleasant mixture of spiffy Midwest corporate and cafe cultures. Bank and cafe staff both gracious and professional. Kudos, Capital One, for the innovative idea and execution.
