Have stopped here to pick up some balloons for a memorial balloon release in July for our daughter who passed in February 2016 who absolutely loved Pikachu & cats. Found a Pokemon balloon with Pikachu front & center and a huge cat balloon that said happy birthday also bought some number balloons as she would have been 20 years old this year. Then stopped again for more for my brother who passed in November 2015 who's birthday is in August for memorial balloon release and found balloon for personalization & stickers so I bought those and number balloons also as he would have been 36 years old this year. Thank you I will be stopping again for some balloons there.
I pre paid for some happy anniversary balloon and to be ready at 3pm and I got there 5 min to 3pm and I didn't have to wait my balloons were already

Went to party city to get decorations and didn't find what I was looking for so I asked the manager if they had any that wasn't out. The manager never looked she just automatically said no so one of the workers had found some for me. The whole time I was in the store she was following me through every aisle there was, I felt uncomfortable because I knew she thought I was stealing and she didn't even bother to hide it. When I was in the check out line she was standing by the door waiting for me to be finished and I purchased a gift bag she immediately asked to check my purse and of course I let her because I had nothing of hers. When she saw I had nothing of hers she told me to get out and locked the doors behind me.
