They kept claiming that we never paid our fee even though we had, this location also kept trying to pull money from our account on days that payments were NOT due. We even talked to the manager, but upon calling her after an incident with two rude employees, she claimed to have never spoken with us. Wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone. Switching to the YMCA where the staff are friendlier.
Personally not a fan of gyms but Planet fitness is great. Lots of equipment to use and the members come in all shapes, sizes, and origins. Which is awesome, it's nice to see a gym that accepts everyone and you don't feel like you are competing with all the super fit guys. Just a really inviting atmosphere.

Friendly, clean gym. Solid equipment, plus tanning and massage beds. Not ideal for the serious power lifter or bodybuilder though.
I liked the gym itself but the staff seem to be short and not very friendly every time I have gone in there. Also, in September I was charged twice for club fees (once on my debit card and once on my credit card). I reached out to the Planet Fitness in St. Cloud and they said there was nothing they could do unless I brought in my statement. The staff member I spoke to was rude. However they said they took my credit card account out of their system to avoid a duplicate charge in the future. A manager would not speak to me so I had to do everything through the bank which took TWO months. I am now dealing with the same issue again. In the month of November, I was charged twice again for club fees. I called to speak to a manager and the young man that answered the phone was talking to the manager standing right next to him and would not get on the phone with me. I could hear the young man tell the manager everything I was telling him, the manager responded in the background ..”Why does she need a manager?” “Get a phone number from her.” I was then put on hold for a few minutes and the manager would still not get on the phone with me and made the young man tell me everything he just said. He said to bring in my statements when a manager is there. Totally unprofessional that a manager couldn’t have just gotten on the phone and politely told me to come in and that they would get it figured out. Poorly handled. This has been very inconvenient for me as I should not even have to be dealing with duplicate charges, especially for a second time. Totally a bummer but I will be canceling my gym membership because of this. Watch your bank statements people!!
Very nice gym. But from what I can understand they don't approve of powerlifting.
