I have left with red toned hair, twice said "NO" to cutting my hair and they cut it anyhow while saying I needed it....will never ever go back!!!
I left after getting a blowout so distraught. I felt like the stylist did NOT listen to me whatsoever. I left looking like shirley temple. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.
Went into Regis Salon and was told that the lady who would help me was a level 5 hair stylist and would know exactly what to do with my coloring service I wanted. I showed my stylist a picture of what I wanted and she ensured me she would make it happen. When she was done coloring my hair it was completely different from the picture I showed her and then she proceeded to tell me that I should curl my hair because it will look better. My hair has spots from the back that are completely just black (my natural hair color) with no highlights which was what she charged me for. I am frustrated that i was still charged $150.00 for a coloring service that did not end well. Never will I go back to Regis for any coloring or hair service ever again.
I have been been going off and on for 18 years- color, highlights, lowlights, cuts and brows. Excellent stylists that take their time and pay attention to all the details. I would highly recommend this salon.
I told the lady who was doing my hair that I wanted a natural light brown. That I was getting married soon so I wanted a nice light color. I had light red hair when I went in and left with a dark blackish purple hair. Not even close to what we had discussed....
