I am a BIG fan of Arrow Ace Hardware. I've been to this location several times and what I like best about it is the great customer service. I'm looking for a unique fastener or screw. "I'll help you find that." I need to have glass replaced for this window pane. "I'll help you with that." I'm looking for a certain garden or yard product. "Let me show you where that is." Seriously great customer service. That's what keeps me coming back to this particular hardware store. They sell most everything you'd expect to find at a hardware store - yarn and garden, plumbing, electrical, and other supplies. They keep me coming back.
Waited for fifteen minutes while an employee watched me from the upstairs office then he walked right by me to start ringing people out.
