If I could do zero stars I would. This company allows ANYBODY to walk in and authorize insurances under anyones name without any verification. If the person who’s name will be on the insurance is not present why would you go ahead and set it up for them when they have not even gave you a verbal consent. Follow your business protocols and policies of ethic work because obviously you went into someone’s account without the individual at the office or even on the phone. Private information between ONLY YOU AND THAT CUSTOMER ONLY.
