Bought a very expensive engagement ring but wanted some custom work done to it. They sent it away too be done and they absolutely ruined it. It looked like it had been done in a high school wood shop class. Burs of metal sticking out where the new stones were set, they drilled holes to set the new stones and left openings (also with burs that I could visibly scratch my skin with to show the salesman, on the INSIDE of the ring. Sounds comfortable right?) They sent it away again to repair what they had damaged without so much as an apology let alone any sort of discount or credit for the shoddy work. 100% dissatisfied, will never shop here again and I wish I could return the ring they ruined and go elsewhere. Riddles jewelry in the same mall is much better with better customer support.
Very poor service and terrible experience. Will not recommend anyone to this location. Bought a very nice watch and after my 2nd day of wearing it... 2nd day...the finish had worn off on the band completely. Called for maybe exchanging for a different one or getting a new one of what I got. Wasn't clearance or anything but they said that once it leaves the store it can't be returned basically. She was extremely rude to my fiance and I over the phone. Basically stuck with a watch that is completely worn after 2 days of only wearing it at work. I manage a sales team and service and would of not expected anyone to be this rude or lie nor would I treat my customers that way. After working with this store I can not believe how terrible the service is there. Never again will I go to this location. Warranty is useless. Greedy sales
I have been shopping with this Kays for years and have always been happy with their service. They appear to have a much larger selection of jewelry over some of the Kays I visited in the cities. I no longer live in St. Cloud but I still make the trip up there to visit this store whenever I feel its time to spoil my wife a little. Randy and Chris are my go to guys at this store and I highly recommend working with them.
This store is a joke. Older man was very rude to my fiancé and I. Called the store ahead of time to make sure ring is done and ready for pickup - we live 2 hrs from this location, now will be making our 5th trip to "pick up" my ring! They couldn't even find my fiances name to find the ring- no idea who he was. The next time they called they told us the rings were in and ready for pickup. Drove the two hours, Only the wedding bands were in!! Next time they called saying engagement ring had come, we drive the 2 hrs, engagement ring is in but not customized the way we wanted. Also we received no paperwork and somehow we got blamed for it! Man at counter was not compassionate AT ALL for anything. Wasn't "his problem"! Spent 15k at this store. Never buying from again. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
This store has no idea what's going on! Went in there one day and they told us we could use our Jared card because they're the same thing.... go back two days later and the manager was super rude and told us that we can but it's highly frowned upon... and he doesn't know why they would tell us we could. Then we explained something to him three times which he still couldn't understand our extremely simple question. Then we told him we just got married and my last name changed, then we applied for a Kay credit card. Well we just got out credit cards last night and they both have my maiden name on them... not impressed and will never buy anything from this location.
***UPDATE: They sent the ring back to be fixed and it came back only half of the holes fixed. The others still have burrs sticking out. Was willing to give this place a second chance, but not a third.***
