Have called clam doors And they don't give a s*** so you have two companies That are worthless

The customer service lady told me i should leave a note for the driver, like the kids at the apartment here wouldn't tear off the note on the doors? The tracking information is even more antiquated than anything i've seen since the late 90's.

Anyway, i live in an apartment, and apparently the package was attempted delivery but the driver never left a note, no phone call, email or anything. Making a complaint to the dealership and just having the parts returned, total waste of my time.
It is now Friday, I called the dealership and they gave me the tracking information. I call speedee, and the customer service agent is less than helpful to say the least. Apparently the system on their site is defunct for contacting people, would be nice to know that maybe or remove the feature?
I ordered parts through a mazda dealership, everything seems ok, they told me parts should arrive at the center monday or tuesday. I emailed Speedee about how i should recieve my package, or pick up at a local retail location maybe. Never heard anything back.
