This place is awesome! Super great customer service and they are very decently priced! If they don't have what you're looking for they try and order it.
Hands down, the cleanest and most professional fish and reptile store I've ever been in. Kaylee is friendly, kind, and helpful - and saved the day with a last minute request for a live plant! Our kids loved all the clean tanks with healthy critters, told us it was more fun than the zoo. The owners know their fish and reptiles well- their eating habits, personalities, and needs. I overheard Kaylee giving patient advice to a new reptile owner without ever criticizing or pushing a sale.
It's a nice little place. Lot of cool fishes and reptiles. Kaylee ( I think) is very courteous. I had a lot of questions and she answered all of them without any hesitation. They had everything I needed and some more. Prices are comparable and in some cases lower than big chain pet store. And they have wide variety of fish, plants and reptiles. Definitely a place to visit.
The people there really help you out and are very knowledgeable about what the pets actually need. A bit pricey, but that's because it's top quality

Fins and friends is my favorite place to go. I moved to Saint Cloud from buffalo and was so excited to find this store. All of the employees are helpful and knowledgeable. They know my beardies by name and I love bringing them to visit. I recommend this to all of my friends who own reptiles. Thanks for being so awesome guys! So excited for the new store
