When repair was finally (several weeks) scheduled to be completed contractor showed up to our house and when we opened the door he just bolted up (literally) the stairs with his dirty shoes. Once service was completed we asked for a receipt of service and he stated that they don’t provide any paperwork for jobs done under a home warranty. Called my warranty company again and they stated that vendor should always provide an invoice of services rendered. In summary :terrible unprofessional service received.
Promptly showed up and fixed my problem. Very satisfied!
We had a tankless water heater installed by AAA plumbing. Pros: was able to schedule the work in the same week. Cons: Messy, unprepared, made mistakes due to not checking his work. First issue: installed the wrong unit. I caught the mistake the next day when comparing the data sheet to the unit. The unit he installed was the smaller unit. When I called him on it, he genuinely was surprised. He claimed the mistake was due to his supplier giving him the wrong unit. But, he obviously hadn't double-checked the product before installing it. He did replace the unit at a time convenient for me, but it would have been better if the issue had never occurred. Second issue: The next day, I discovered all of the carpet and stored items on the other side of the wall from the old water heater location was wet. He denied that it could have been from them. Turns out, they had unplugged the condensate pump for the furnace from the electrical outlet and had not completely plugged it back in. Therefore, the condensate water was spilling onto the floor and seeping under the wall. Gabe's response was, "oh." They also did not put down plastic or paper on their work area. So, I was left with permanent purple spots on my concrete floor because of the pipe glue. They left behind trash and did not vacuum or otherwise clean up the sawdust and debris resulting from installing the new lines. He was unprepared in that he did not have all of the necessary supplies and tools with him. I think he had to return to the shop three times during the few hour long project. Lastly, I was left on my own to submit the paperwork to get my Xcel Energy rebate that he initially said they would take care of filing. Other plumbing/HVAC companies that I have worked with in the past have taken care of this and subtracted it from the installation cost.
Unprofessional in every way. When questioned about parts and service, Gabe’s response was “I can take the part back and you can do it yourself.” Will be looking elsewhere for service.
I also know Gabe and Helen, the new owners, from other professional venues and also find them to be honest and reputable. I endorse them 100%
My husband and I had this company quote us a new furnace and install it. They were excellent to work with. The pricing was right on the money. The service was great. The technician who installed our furnace did an excellent job and everything has worked great ever since. My husband is a hands on person so he delves into things in great detail to understand all the little nuances about operations and how things are made. The technician was very well versed. And, we love the new furnace. Saves us money too as it is more energy efficient than our old one was. And, best of all, Helen helped us get our rebate.

Very unsatisfied with the service offer by this business. Communication was poor and had major delays getting a basic serviced performed thru our home warranty. I filed a complaint about vendor thru our warranty and they stated that they have had multiple issues with this business.
