Managment is terrible. They're very anal about everything. I pay rent on time every month and I'm buying mine. Yet they will make you keep everything off your yard. Can't have anything on it or under your own deck. They were supposed to paint mine like stated in contract, been months haven't done it yet. But have the odassity to tell me I have a week to paint my deck. Terrible place. They take you for what you got and not care about you and they're quick to wanna evict you with no questions asked. Id never recommend to anyone nor move back.
