I brought my bike here to get it fixed as the rear gears were not correctly shifting. I thought I'd have to wait hours to get my bike back, but the staff member (Mike R, according to my receipt) spotted the issues and it only took five minutes to fix. I came in knowing that the rear derailleur needed to be adjusted, but he also fixed the bent derailleur hanger. Only cost me $25, which I think was worth it. My bike is riding much better than it ever has.
I have been looking for a store with an excellent selection of winter coats and I found it here! I am so thankful that I was directed to Fitzharris. The young man helping me today was so patient as I tried on about a zillion coats...and hats...and snow pants...and gloves...and ski helmets. He was really knowledgeable about the brands and sizing and when I found a coat I really liked but the wrong size, he attempted to order one from the manufacturer (Unfortunately, the manufacturer was out as well). Anyway, I will ALWAYS come back here for ski gear and winter wear. On a side note, I found out they lease ski equipment, which is great for growing kids. Thank you for outstanding service, good prices and broad selection!

I have been going to Fitzharris for Nordic skis since I was 5. I love the atmosphere on the inside, along with the staff. Bill is a great person at Fitzharris to get skiing advice from. I still race on my Fischer skis from Fitzharris, and love the way they cruise on the trails. Fitzharris is still the best place to buy and lease skis in central MN.
The employees were really helpful when deciding the parts to get for my bicycle and I highly recommend going here if you are looking at a bicycle!
