In total I paid $70 to have Rod store my bike for 5 weeks and then do a days worth of work.
We love Rods bike shop! We went to Erics bike shop and they were telling us all these things we needed to have done to my son's bike that didn't need to be done and were not happy. Rod is very knowledgeable and great customer service! Will go to him from now on!
We had a great experience. Rod was very helpful and knowledgeable. We just bought our son his first BMX bike. This is definitely our go to bike shop for not only repairs but new bikes too.
Took 5 weeks, including me calling once a week for the last 3. Told me he took a vacation without letting me know that would extend my already late bike. Chooses a $30 bike seat, charges me the full $40 even though he was late and acted as if he'd done nothing wrong. Chalked it up to "being busy, things taking a long time"
I will be taking my business to other local bike shops from now on.

I have friends in the industry, I understand the work, time and stress that goes into a bike shop in the summer but they agree that it should never have taken this long or cost as much.
I bought a KHS alite 150 from him and I can get unlimited tune up and a screw replacement and adjustments unlimited times. He is very knowledgeable about bikes.He is great guy to go to.
