I think the one star is being generous. Tried to walk in today for a reservation and when my four old child needed to use the bathroom, the young girl was incrediably rude, unprofessional and refused to let him. Honestly, I will never go back there. They have horrible customer service.
I have had some poor training related issues with Hertz lately. Not sure what's going on there, but it's not been good.
Easy to rent a car but the guy never mentioned 200 of deposit and the just took them out of my card. They put it back once I returned the car but it was no profesional dont tell me about it.
Great last minute help when the place I had a reservation at couldn't provide me with what I ordered.
GREAT!! The local crew of people take such good care of me when I rent a car from them. They answer all my calls, resolve problems quickly and make sure I have everything I need. They take really good care of me as a customer and I really appreciate it.
