Called first to ask what they took and didn't take. Loaded up 9 totes drove 2 hours for them to take not even a half of a totes. Everything I brought in was named brand, no stains, in excellent condition. Apparently they only take stuff from the last year. Good business would be to tell customers that very important information when they call and ask what do you take!!!
I brought some clothes in and they don't give you the "exact" price of what they would be selling it as. I brought in a new pair of miss me jeans and I was looking at the prizes of others and they ranged for $35-$45 and they wanted to give me $12 for mine but sell them for $45 it's such a bad deal.
Great place ,great staff,low prices,I have been coming here for over 12 years I have never been disappointed, as for u complainers out there fyi they don't take trash so don't bring it in there store,and they check the clothes to a t before they buy them,this is one of the most organized Plato's closet you will find,a greeter at the door to help carry your buy
Brought two bags of clothes there only gave me 2.00 for one pair of America eagle pants not happy dont bring your stuff there i paid 65.00 for them pants and they didnt take any thing else i had
I have contacted the owner multiole times with my problems years ago and it seems like nothing has changed. I was given $5 off coupon for complaining, but yet nothing... I see some of the stuff that they pass up. And I see what is on the floor, there is so many things on the floor I've seen everytime I go there??? So out of style and distasteful. Clearly owner didn't care about my opinion. I'll probably still go here because I can usually find one or two things I actually like out of the heaps of out of style clothing they have here, but I've been going to goodwill and thrift stores and other consignment shops more now... so sad to see Plato's go down hill :(
