Worst place ever! Called and tried to get a appointment for my son who had never been seen there. They wouldn't give me a appointment. Person said they don't give appointments without having from the previous doctor the medical record. When I explained her that the records are out of the country and she won't be able to read them since they not in English anyways she said well sorry . No problem! I take my money somewhere else! And I have been with centra care for over 2 years now and had so many surgeries there.
Says the pediatric WALK IN clinic is open from 8-12 on Saturdays. Yeah, not so much. You have to have an appointment. I guess the name “walk-in” means something different to CentraCare. What a joke, now we have to sit down in urgent care for hours for my daughter to be seen.
They are terrinle!!!!! There is a lab tech there that has no idea what she is doing and hurts kids and is very rude about it! And the nursing staff that answers the phone is always rude and belittling! I haven't met one person there that does there job right let alone cares about it. Wtf it sucks when the people that are suppose to help people are really only there for a paycheck what happened to having pride in your work or in cetracares case wtf happened to your manners and common sense
I have been with centracare for years and we have used the ob clinic, rhumetology, pedeatrics , speach and physical thereapy. We have had some wonderful doctors and theapist and some aweful. Over all I think they do a good job as a clinic
