Now I understand why they have such bad reviews. I went to take my road test the first time and the lady was very rude and took forever to get out to my car. I failed because I hit the curb to start the test and after she said “everyone hits that curb you just picked a bad spot”. So I came back to take it again and I was scheduled for 3:30pm I was coming all the way from Brooklyn Park and traffic was terrible so my mom tried calling to see if it was still worth going. After trying to get a hold of them for 10min they finally answered and said we just needed to make it by 3:40. I got into the office at 3:38pm and stood there and no one would help me until it was 3:43pm then the workers starting talking about us “what are you gonna do about them” and the lady rudely said “they’re late” when we were clearly on time. The workers are very rude. Don’t make my mistake and fail just because your instructor is a prick who only care about themselves. LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS
It was like any other dmv the experience. It usually takes awhile but I got in line at the right moment. The ladies that were working did the best they could and they were very nice and answered all of my questions. Just make sure to beget by cash with you as they don't take cards.
I got this location because it was the only one available sooner than January 2018. I can not be happier about this location, services and road test itself. My examiner - Nicole (or Nicolete) - She was great!!! Some reviews here say that the best time is to go in the morning, but it was good even at afternoon too. Not busy at all. I would definitely recommend this location and honestly I think its just about your approach and behavior toward these people and you get back what you give.
The old white guy, while filling out paperwork under his breath "That's if you pass the first time" rude from the beginning. during the Road test exam he unfairly failed me because I came to complete stop & took a left while their was truck a half a block away and he felt unsafe while I had enough space to turn. pathetic and Rude as hell. Did I see the truck??? Yeah it was half a block away are you kidding me? Overall test was very easy.
If you go in there very focused, you'll pass. Seating is tight, however, and the ladies can be very crabby, so just be respectful and they'll get you what you need sooner.
