Super unimpressed with this location. Manager (super tall and big lady) was extremely unprofessional. It was 8 at night and she couldn’t stop talking about how she wanted to get out of there and leave. The lady making my food says “shoot were one meatball short”. And the manager says “oh well too bad for them. We really shouldn’t have that many meatballs at this time of night”.

I was like seriously? I’m sitting right at the counter. Then a few seconds later a lady was leaving and she goes “oops I forgot to put buffalo sauce on your buffalo chicken”.
Super super bad service. Manager is bigger with glasses. Bad service!!!
Make sure to ask for extra sauce. This location always seems to short you on the sauce leaving you with dry noodles.
An experience can be made or broken by the people who provide the service you are there for. It was my pleasure to be taken care of by Jessie who was the manager on duty at the time. She was very courteous and professional. The staff clearly respect her and they work well as a team. I was grateful to be treated with respect and a smile. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family.
Then when more people started to come in she stared to complain again.
I’m not even done! A person ordered noodles and she says “sorry were out. I’m not gonna make those kind because then we have to throw a bunch out at the end of the night”.
I have always been a N&C fan. I enjoy my meals there and it has always been a quick and convenient experience. I recently visited this location for lunch. Although the staff was slammed due to the sheer volume of guests; the entire crew went out of their way to ensure everyone was well taken care of.
It's really quick, food is amazing, and the atmosphere feels like it's a homemade meal right at home!
