This is a huge shoe store in Crossroads Mall! It has a great selection. I love the boots I purchased last week. They are comfortable, cute and were priced right. Great addition to the mall.
I always have a hard time finding shoes my size (15), after lots of searching I tried this store for the first time. I was very surprised to find SO many styles to choose from, not just one boring style like other stores! Had great helpful service and will definitely be back!
Shoes were in the improper boxes and also in the wrong place according to where they were displayed. Also no employee interaction at all; just talked amongst themselves. Very dissatisfied.
I've shopped at Shoe Dept before and was amazed by their low prices for pretty high quality shoes. The reason I actually decided to write this though is because of the polite and awesome staff they have at the crossroads location. Also, I asked them to turn the Vikings game and they did so without hesitation. Go vikes!
