Has quality goods,usually higher priced than I want to pay
The online return (hour wait) hassle I had to go through to return an item is a joke. The closest store is 1 hour away hence why I ordered online. I will not order online from this company Bbb again. After the +1hour wait for return customer service to answer to schedule pick up I ordered elsewhere. If I'm gonna order stuff I wanna know that if I'm not happy I can easily return it. Not this company....TERRIBLE!!!!!
