Dr. Hansen has a poor bedside manner. Also he and his staff feel they should not bombard their patients with to much information. However, I'm a person that wants all the information possible so I can make and educated choice about my care. I also felt rushed during my appointments and often didn't get all my questions answered.
The nurses are wonderful, front desk staff friendly, and we love our doctor, Dr Magnusen. He is great with my pre teens and teens. He is funny and seems like he genuinely cares. The wait is usually less than 10 minutes for us. I wasn't sure if our doctor, whom we see specifically for nasal issues, could help with hearing. I asked during the appointment and he was able to get us in right away for a hearing test - same appointment! Dr. Magnusen was wonderful for my daughter's two sinus surgeries, but you can also trust him not to recommend unnecessary surgery. We have had both types of situations in our family. I highly recommend!
We had excellent care. The staff is patient, kind and helpful. Always a smile when they are talking with you and answer questions thoroughly about what's going on.

They have been helping my daughter with her hearing since she was born. The staff there are very respectful and caring. One of my appointments that I had I forgot the bottle for my daughter and she was supposed to sleep for this test, the tech went out and bought me a bottle for her, so we could complete the appointment.
