My 2 year old daughter was seen at the St. Cloud Foot and Ankle Center for extremely flat feet. The facility was great, the receptions were friendly, and the nursing staff and doctor were very patient with my suspicious daughter. Getting her feet cast for molding to get her tiny orthotics was fun. She even got to pick her own colors. They did a great job!
It was a holiday weekend and I injured my foot. I went to our local urgent care clinic, found out I had a break but no explanation of which part of my foot, I was given a surgical shoe, and told I should see a podiatrist. When I called our local clinic to make an appointment with the podiatrist, I was told I needed to wait two weeks to get in. I then called St. Cloud Foot and Ankle Clinic, this meant I must drive 1 1/2 hours for help. The receptionist that answered the phone was so kind and compassionate. She said we will try to get you in as soon as possible. The next day I met the most wonderful staff at this Clinic. They were so compassionate. They listened and did a complete exam of my crushed toes and foot. The Dr was so knowledgeable and gentle. I’m very grateful for the care I received. The treatment I received helped to reduce my pain. I would highly recommend this clinic to everyone.
Doctor was great, admin staff not so much. 11/24/17 I had an appointment my inserts would be made and in the mail in 2 weeks. On 12/11/2017 I get a phone call to pick my inserts, I explain that the doctor and nurse said they would be mailed. The lady on the phone tells me she will mail them right away. 12/19/2017 I call because I still don't have my inserts and the woman on the phone tells me she is looking at them, I asked why no one called to tell me. If I could get my money back I would. I recommend going to another clinic and avoid the hassle in dealing with his inept staff.
I was experiencing a very sore foot that got worse throughout the day. St. Cloud Foot and Ankle were able to get me in this afternoon and by the time I left, my foot was feeling so much better!!! Everyone was so polite and professional. I highly recommend this clinic!
