Had such a great experience with buying my sectional there that I went back a week later to buy everything else I needed. Great customer service, delivery guys were great, and prices can't be beat. The products are new and very good quality!

Nice prices but furniture is not quality made
Horrible experience!!! this "business" is very unprofessional, they lost our invoice and had to physically look through hundreds of papers and still couldn't find the document! they then called a (Chuck) or the guy who previously helped us upon our last visit, who then doesn't answer the phone, We asked them if they could pull us up in the cpu but they tell us they "don't store any info on there cpu and that it's all hand written". need I remind you we were just there less than 24 hours ago, and we have yesterday's copy. I don't understand how this place is still in business, how they could lose such info on there sales! I couldn't believe what I was seeing and I will never return to furniture closeout in st cloud ever again! I'd like to speak with HQ about this matter, this has to be the worst purchase i have ever made! they treated us as if we didnt know what we were talking about and came off sarcastic and quite rude! I only wish I could rate lower than a 1 review
