I love this place. I never have any issues. They all have been very good to me. And very helpful and understanding.
Never again! My Fiance and I have Done Business with them for Years, Starting With Duluth, then we Moved to St Cloud. We never had an Issue with the Store in Duluth. They were fantastic and Helpful, But after Moving to St Cloud 3 years ago We Have Had Horrible issues with the Home choice in St Cloud. We have Been consistent with our Payments, They Charge a Horrible markup, The Associates are Rude, More so Over the Phone than in Person. Just Paid off the Last of our Loans with them, We will Never Ever Buy from them again!
This place is a joke. I have three account open with them, never had a missed payment at all. About a year after purchasing my TV from them a small black line started to appear across my TV. Their warranty covers everything but impact. I had them send it in to get it fixed because I was positive it had not been impacted. They told me it had been and it was in the shape of a hook. I was a little upset because there was nothing possible in my house in the shape of a hook that would damage my TV, but whatever accidents happen right? I got my TV back and now, about months later, after the warranty was no longer on the TV, I've noticed it getting increasingly worse. I found out that the line was actually burned into my TV screen. I understand that this is my fault, but I also understand there was nothing in the warranty about burnt screens. So 1.) They obviously lied to me about the damage done to my TV as it was absolutely NOT impact. And 2.) They failed to inform me that because my TV was a floor model the manufacturing warranty started the day is was manufactured which also cancels my warranty with LG. I've never had any problems with this place (besides the ridiculously high interest rate, $2000 for a $700 TV, come on...get real, but it's the price you pay to establish credit I guess). I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Why isn't zero stars a thing? So, we went to homechoice less than 30 days ago and got a bedroom set with a mattress. After it was delivered we noticed the mirror, one night stand, and a drawer to the dresser was damaged. We called and were told replacements would be ordered. Called two weeks later and the person never had such a request. We asked them to just take back the damaged stuff and we would continue to pay our bed because it is priced separately. They then decided to tell us it's a package deal and we had to keep it all or give it all back. We decided to give it all back after talking to multiple rude associates. They then tell us it will be reported as a repo?! No, this place is a rip off. Do not go there! They double the retail price of everything and then charge an outrageous price for interest.
Love it we'll shop more and payments are reasonable
