We brought our son in around 8pm. Two nurses tried convincing us to take our son to the ER even though he was just sick, not dying. They said a dehydration test would take too long, which is completely understandable; however, we were not even requesting for one but brought it up as a concern. We just wanted to make sure he was okay. Using this dehydration test, they tried convincing us to leave, before and after we registered. Finally, one of the nurses said that "it's been a long day... we work 12 hour shifts here." Disgusted by this place, I took my family and left. Oh yeah, it was only 8:20pm at that time and they weren't closing until 9pm. A lady with a toddler even checked in while one of the nurses were trying to talk us into going somewhere else. That's twice now that your lack of care, service, and professionalism has failed.
The nurse was waiting at registration to take us back. Very quick and high quality service. We are from out of town and are so impressed. In and out in less than 45 minutes with filled prescription in hand. Great experience from the helpful people at registration to the end of the visit.
Had to take a quick trip to urgent care while visiting Las Vegas. We were worried about the service we'd receive form urgent Care but Dr. Patel was great beyond welcoming and the exam was complete for a quick visit!! Thank you for the help from a visiting vacationer.
arrived at Urgent Care shortly before 10 a.m. Sat. my husband had issues due to a nasty cold. Wanted to be sure lungs were ok. We were in , checked by Dr. & out by 10:30!
The nurse that took me back was very nice and caring. However it wasn't busy that day and there was only one other person waiting to get seen with me. I waited over an hour and a doctor never came to see me! I ended up walking out without being seen and went someone else. I do NOT RECOMMEND this place at all!
Staff was great. Dr Travis G. was wonderful & thorough & kind. Nice man..
