Many years ago I was made to go to there day treatment program, they misdiagnosed me with having borderline personally disorder, my psychologist said I don't have the issue, has no idea why they would say that, he's known me for many years, I have bipolar and anxiety issues. They do have a good program for people who need to stop isolating and have many things to do to keep people occupied, there arms program is very good, my worker is very helpful, I'll Finnish my review after I go through there DBT program.

If you enjoy spending the better part of an entire day driving to this location in order to talk to someone for about two minutes just so they can agree to continue to help you, this place is for you. Oh, and if you miss a few appointments, regardless if it's your fault or not, they deny you service, medication refills, everything. I once called my pharmacy for a refill, and they said I needed to call the person who gives me my prescriptions. When I talked to the nurse and told her what the pharmacy said, she snapped at me and acted like I'd offended her and ruined her day, then said I needed to call the pharmacy. What made me decide to write this review was when I ran out of medication refills, which required me to waste an entire day for another two minute conversation. I set up an appointment, but wasn't able to make it due to my ride cancelling on me. So, I called the nurse again and left her a message, telling her that I ran out of medication, without which I get anxiety attacks, headaches, insomnia, depression and severe mood swings. I called her back the next day, since she never replied, and she told me I needed to go through my medical doctor, since they wouldn't refill my medication anymore. When I asked her if I could at least get a temporary refill until I could make arrangements, she said no, then 'have a nice day'. I've now been out of my medication for over a week. This institution is a nightmare, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone if somebody paid me.
I have not been a patient here, but did pick up a client who was discharging and the staff was very caring and helpful.
