Great customer service. Therapists are very good.
Wonderful place and the therapist are great, I see a lot of people complain about how hard it is to get in and sometimes yes it is sometimes hard to get in but keep in mind that the therapists are good and people pre-book with them so they dont have to fight to get a spot. They are open early to late 7days a week to help people with different schedules. I have always been treated with respect when I have gone in. I recommend everyone I know to go there because they care and they show it
I'm not giving them more stars is the fact that their contracts auto renew. They have a lot of rules with their contracts and they tell you how you can gift sessions. However, you can only gift a session to the same person once every six months. Like I say great place, great therapists. Just beware of the contract and your end dates. Glad I kept real track, I would have auto renewed another six months without even signing anything.
1 is a joke. First of all can never get in. Secondly i was gifted a massage and when i finally got in and checked in they tell me i have to reschedule becauase i was expecting. Family emergency arose which made me unable to go and when cancelling i was told they would take my massage because i called to late. Even though i called prior, and told them this was never explained to me. The lady treated me like an ignorant child and told me it was scheduled by an asst manager so I KNOW IT WAS. All around very unaccommodating rude and so much wasted time. Massages are SUPPOSED to be RELAXING not the case here when trying to get one is more stressful than why i am going in!
Very hard to get an appointment that works for my schedule and then when I do they leave a message that it has been changed to a time that won't work for me. Took 20 minutes to find a time that would work. Very nice to you to get you to sign up and then don't seem to care to help out at all to schedule an appointment. Should not be so hard to get an appointment that works with my schedule. Very stressful! Maybe that's how they get you in is to stress you out. Won't be back when my contract is done!
