Friendly service all around. Great restaurants nearby, walking distance from hotel. Only complaint is no waters in the room!!!! I woke up with really bad dry mouth at 3am and had to get dressed and walk downstairs to buy water from front desk.
Nice rooms. Parking is available but have to get a parking card every time you enter the lot and get the hotel to stamp it before you can leave. It's kind of a hassle. They should come up with a better system
The staff is top notch! I belong to a service group that met there regularly for about a year (up until very recently), and the staff was always helpful and accommodating. They were quick to respond to any questions, and always available to help with anything we needed during the meetings.
Great location in St. Cloud. It's right in the middle of town. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel itself is nice. Rooms are clean and the staff was very accommodating. Really enjoyed the stay.
Super clean hotel and nice rooms, minus the used bar of soap in the shower. Solid floors, so you don't hear people walking at night, but you do hear the people at the bars at night. Starbucks inside hotel doesn't make the same stuff other Starbucks do and they took awhile to make my coffee. Pool goes to almost 6 feets, hot tub was warm, and sauna worked!
In addition, today a larger group of my coworkers and I stopped by for coffee at their coffeeshop, not knowing that they close down the coffee shop a little early and had just shut things down. They were happy to reopen to help us out, and were very gracious the entire time. Thanks!
