The walking path and bike path that go around the lake are perfectly maintained, with a change of scenery every several feet. They've planted such a variety of lush vegetation around the shoreline, intermingled with benches, a small pavilion, statues, a fountain, and even a beach to launch your paddle boat rental.

One of the best parks in the area. It offers a variety of attractions, including the lake with walking path which boasts fountains and sculptures, as well as wildlife and country grasses. The numerous play areas are suited to kids of all ages. There are several options, swings, and even a large splash pad.

Great ice skating in the winter complete with a beautiful warming house. In the summer they offer paddle boat rentals, free concerts and festivals. year round the walking paths are open, wonderful views and works of art near downtown St.Cloud.

Music in the park during the summer months with food trucks and such. This is every Wednesday evening during the summer.

Look out for all the Pokémon hunters. More of them then goose poop. Like zombies looking for brains. If you are trying to enjoy the walking or bike paths, stay alert. They will stop in the middle of the walkway without warning.

Well kept, pretty park right in the center of town. Tons of activities throughout the year, whether it's Summertime by George or the kid's Halloween activities or the pedal boats in the summer.

And speaking of lures, you can also go fishing in Lake George. I hear it's mostly crappies and sunnies. During winter, people like to ice skate on the lake, and hang out in the warming house. Oh, and don't forget to pay your respects at the Veterans Memorial at the NW corner of the lake.

There is a Wading pond sculpture garden too. And people fish, though I've never seen a fish being caught. You can rent paddle boat's. Large play ground and water splash pad for the kiddies.

Did I mention that this is a popular Pokémon Go destination, with at least two Pokéstops? It's not uncommon for people to use their incense and lures here.

Whether you live in St. Cloud, or just visiting, you can't not go to Lake George! You can attend many really fun events throughout the summer months and early fall. Plus there's so many activities to enjoy at this park.

Even when there's nothing going on, it's a decent park with a walking trail around the lake and a nice water park a little ways off.

There is skating in the winter with free skate rentals.

The rest of the park is great too! There's a playground and splash pad for the kids. More walking paths, a large pavilion for really fun bands, a lot of green grass to sit on, and restrooms that aren't half bad.
