My fiancé and I have lived here for a year now and we absolutely love it! They keep it clean in the common areas and the amenities are great! Judy and Sandy are very helpful and the maintenance staff is quick to respond.
Heritage Estates is wonderful. I have lived here for only 2 months but could not be happier. The walls are thick so noise from another unit is minimal. It is maintained at a high level. When I asked for maintenance, it was attended to the next day! Clean, friendly, beautiful pool and garden. Very highly recommend.
Terrible place to live. They hire the worst management and go through them like underwear because they have no clue how to manage a facility ! Apartment prices are to high and they get people in the building to spy on you and make you feel like your in a complete prison! Alyssa is by far the worse manager of a facility I've ever seen! No professionalism what so ever. I have also never met such a dishonest person. She had nothing to gain but every other thing that comes out of her mouth is a lie. She has problems with lying to make herself look good. In all reality she's sneaky will tell one person one thing and you another. Definetly no management you want to deal with especially with the cost of the tiny apartments well over priced!

My boyfriend and I have lived here since May of 2011 and we LOVE it! Judy and Sandy are very helpful and maintance responds right away with issues. Parking is very convienent! Very clean common areas and apartments. Indoor and outdoor pools are beautiful. Family Friendly! I would recommend this place to anyone. Worth the rent!!
*since you felt the need to write some stupidity back , it had nothing to do with other residents looking out for each other . So please don’t put In any two sense unless you were involved in this situation. We could sue you guys we left our apartment in perfect condition and you guys kept our security deposite. Learn how to hire professional people. When we lived there less than a year you guys went through 3 very unprofessional managers. So if you stand behind your management so much like you say I’m sure 3 managers for a whole year is ridiculous and the residents had to pay for the stupid unprofessional people you choose to hire. Your company all together sucks. And as I said the people you hire really need to learn how to talk to people and respect the people living there and there rights . You got lucky with a one star review and not a damn lawsuit I’d like my security deposite back that you guys stole ! How about a response to that ?!
