I worked with Ellen Klopfleisch from the Litchfield agency and had the worst experience ever. I switched to a different company and found the perfect house. I would not recommend this place. Maybe other offices are great but they definately need to either train Ellen better or replace her.
We rented a new town house through here and had nothing but problems. Nick was worthless about any of our problems. We were on time with our rent every month. It was the worst year of my life. Noisy neighbors and no help. One star is to many. Watch out when you move out, you will have to fight for your deposit.
