One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Brought my Dodge Ram in for an oil change on a Sunday. One of the kids working spilled oil all over the air filter I had just replaced a week before. He showed me, then told me "it's probably good for another 20,000 miles". I told the kid to replace the air filter and he told me, "sure, but I'll have to charge you extra because you have a Dodge and this is a Chevy dealership"... at which point I asked to speak to a manager. The kid told me his manager was on vacation in Florida and wouldn't be back for a week. I asked for the manager's business card and left with my air filter drenched in oil. As soon as I got home I noticed the manager had a cell number on his card and I sent him a text explaining what had just happened. The manager called me from the beach and told me to go back to get a new air filter installed free of charge.
Horrible customer experience. Took my Toyota to get an oil change. They couldn't open the hood, they didn't check tire pressure or check the fluids. It was a joke. I will never take my vehicle there and I will tell my friends and family and anyone who will listen about what a bad exit was. Don't take your vehicle there, they weren't friendly in the least.
Always a positive experience. Didn't have to wait long and don't overcharge for anything. Staff is also very helpful and friendly
Aside from this one horrific experience, St. Cloud Quick Lube has been consistently good. I still take my vehicles there for oil changes but try to avoid the weekends when the help is less than helpful.
