My girlfriend bought an 08 Mercury from them with a warranty and the cars tranny was messed up, she brought it in to them and all they did was clear the codes and the tranny broke again and they replaced it but broke the axle in the process and wanted my girlfriend to pay for it and now the car is still messed up. And the whole time they were "fixing" her car they used up all her gas and didnt replace it, plus she was given a beater of a "rental" which was a gas hog and she was used to 32 mpg not 17
Had to replace 4 rotors on our Minivan less than year ago, they started to go bad again. They were able to warranty them out for us and were more than accommodating, went above and beyond expectations to get our needs met. I would recommend to anyone and feel they are very trustworthy, well priced, and communicate so well.
