Had them do an check engine light check, nothing came up so they tried to tell me that I needed a bunch of stuff done to my vehicle. I left without scheduling anything and later found out I didn't need anything they told me I needed. They take advantage of women.
Took my car here for a basic alignment. They called and said I needed tires, which I did. So I had those replaced here. They also said I needed a tie rod and a wheel bearing totalling 712 dollars. Told them to wait on that for the time being. I took it to a small mom and pop shop I had taken all my other vehicles to. After a day he called me and said there was nothing wrong with it. He took it all apart and was confused why tires plus said I needed those things done when they are fine. I have learned my lesson, go to small shops that survive on word-of-mouth advertising, not big corporations that just try to make money. Never going back to this place
Update its 730 they said it would be done. Pulled it into the show as soon as they see me come in. 5 hours for an oil change that was scheduled at 3.
Slowest possible service. Hour and a half oil change even when you make appointment. One guy working behind counter. Good guys need more staff
Made an appointment on Thursday for Saturday at 3. Got there and they said they had 3 other appointments At the same time. What was the point of making an appointment . its now 530. And just got off the phone with them and they havent even started.
This place has gone completely down hill over the years. I used to frequently bring my vehicles and even my parents cars into this location to have work done that I could not complete myself. I used to know the mechanics and service advisers by name but they have lost a lot of the great employees that used to make this shop reputable. Most recently I had made an appointment to get a coolant flush on my new truck. Set up an appointment for 11am on a Sunday. Before I leave for my appointment I call just to double check I was coming in at the correct time for an appointment as the last few times I've made appointments with these new employees my vehicle just ends up sitting outside for an hour before they can get it in.... but why the hell do you make appointments if they cant get it in. If most repair jobs require a kind of cushion why wouldnt you plan on this while making the appointment. Anyway, I come to find out my appointment was made an hour before I was told to be there and coincidentally there was another customer that had made an appointment for the same service and was already hooked up to the machine. I will never bring another vehicle back to this shop. I bit my tongue when it came to a few of the issues I've had with this shop over the last couple years but I will no longer be doing so. P.S. I made my appointment with someone Barry was training in at the time. I'm assuming it was the trainee was who made the mistake but Barry should have checked over the work order and fixed it.
