Don't bother trying to call trying to get a hold of a human to help you. Robo answerers work cheaper.
They do not understand what good customer service is. Never before have I been told by a customer service representative. "That's not my problem." Seems that they are no better than the Reps on the phone where you have to beg them to connect you to a person in the united states. Cancelling ALL AT&T services including Direct TV and Internet.
In store, the guy was great. Trying to call them in the last few days and get help that I can’t get online and no one answered. I called for days, and called almost every hour and still had no answer. If I could I would go to the store but I can’t and I still need assistance with my account. Their call service sucks.
I am not a huge AT&T fan but yesterday when I was at your store Brandon helped me and he was super helpful. He helped me resolve my issue in a very professional manner. I wish AT&T corporate would have the same level of customer support as the mall location.
Lately I've been less than impressed with AT&T. The St.Cloud store has been hit or miss with service reps, but we recently discovered that a store rep. removed a discount that was applied to our bill but didn't re-add the discount when they were supposed to. The store admitted it was an error but instead of owning up to it, they credited the account for a few months and said the rest is "our fault for not noticing". That's about the worst customer service I've experienced in a quite a while. The manager wasn't even willing to show his face and explain; he sent the sales rep to be the messenger. Poor Management and poor service. About the only saving grace was the that the rep we talked to was nice. I can't say Sprint or Verizon are any better, but I am certainly considering giving them my business when my contract is up.
