Low-ball offer, when I know they would sell a phone for more than $300, and get offered $50, there is something wrong and they are not looking out for the customer. I felt insulted inside there. Would not return.
A few days later my screen was sticking out in the same place. Apparently the glue had come loose. I brought it back and it was reglued. My screen came loose after a few hours, but I wasn't able to make it back until a few days later. Less than a week after that, I went back a FOURTH TIME for the same glue issue. That time the glue lasted for a whole couple of weeks.
At that point I gave up. Obviously these people didn't know what they were doing and no matter how many times I went back they were not going to actually fix my phone. It's been approximately 6 months and my screen is still detached. Getting it fixed the first time painfully cut into our budget and I simply cannot afford to pay for someone to fix something I already paid to have fixed. My suggestion is to definitely spend the extra $20 (which this store will probably get out of you anyway) to go somewhere that knows what they're doing.

Unique Electronics has quick service and people that have the knowledge to answer any question you have about your phone. It's the only store that will have your phone fixed on the spot without waiting 2-3 days and sometimes even longer! Not only do they fix phones but they have all the accessories you need, so while you're fixing your phone you can buy a new case with it too for a good price. Most phone stores charge you way more than you should pay. You definitely get your money's worth here!! My go to place for any problem with my phone or just to pick up a new phone accessory. Thank you for being an awesome store! I highly recommend!
I took my iPhone 5s here for a simple screen replacement. First off, it cost almost $40 more than I was quoted over the phone. The next day after the repair, I noticed the top of the screen was sticking out so that I could see inside the phone. I brought it back and was told the person who initially repaired the phone "forgot to clip it in". A very kind young lady was happy to get it fixed and send me on my way.
Great service,great prices, they always guarantee there things there always helpful with what yu need and are looking for , they fixed my ipad for a better price then other places and it was fast also !!
I got my iPhone 7 their for a better price than anywhere else and I love it! The people that work their are also really nice.
