I like the layout, the place is always busy, it doesn't take long to checkout, there's basically nothing to complain about.
Wanted a Poppy Movie. After two young gentlemen assisted me, neither finding the movie and wasting at least 20 minutes it was discovered it was online only and sold out. They wonder why people don't shop there as much anymore!

Purchasing a couple printer cartridges that were in the wrong row subsequently priced incorrectly. Employee went to check on the price and took alot of time to return so I walked back to check myself. Cartridges were now in correct row. When I pointed out the change I was assured that was the proper row and had been there the whole time. What ever!
I had emailed the store the day before I went just to be sure particular items were in stock. I received several responses form store associates which was very helpful. I went to the store the following day and I knew what I wanted to get. The store associates of which I had contact with were very helpful from the time I had arrived and completed my purchases.
