Great Sam's Club. If you shop at Sam's regularly you will want to use the scan and go app. Never stand in a long checkout again! I have never had any issue with the app. Store is close to completing renovations.
I needed 3 new tires for my car it was close to closing time for the automotive crew. It was an emergency too, wires showing on all three tires, hours to go, and a car full of friends. They found me an incredible deal on 4 new tires of better quality than just buying 3 new cheaper ones, it was actually cheaper! They were helpful, friendly, and did a great job. They kept us safe and put us back on the road safely not worrying about the time! All around the best customer service I've had in years, maybe ever! My friends and I thank you so much for your service it was above and beyond!
If the percentage were not the highest of any of my credit cards I would use it. Sadly, I will not use my charge account there as a result of this.
Great place ,great prices, great hours. Staff always friendly and helpful. How can people complain about Sam's Club. It's like every business they try as hard as they can to please everyone unfortunately you can't please everyone.. the world needs less negative people.. great place to shop keep up all your good work.
I went to Sam's for the Pharmacy. Bob, Janna, Elizabeth and Crystal were working. As usual, they were all at my disposal (as needed). Customer service is a priority in shopping and your people always help me above and beyond my needs and expectations!

I have used another Pharmacy for years, however, do to the superior service I have received from the Pharmacy staff at Sam's, *I plan on continuing with them in the future. (I must add here that I also use Walgreen's/Hapeth at the St. Cloud Medical Group. They also provide excellent customer service (and the convenience of picking up medications immediately following an appointment is invaluable).
I use to like Sam's Club. Now with their new design, it makes no sense. Breads at 2 different ends of the building. It used to be together. Made more sense. Meat department was much easier the old way.
