Do not go if you just want consulting!!! I met with a lady, she was very nice and easy to talk to, but did not help much just told me to change some sleep times and gave me some pamphlets, which, ok wasn't expecting a whole lot. I think I talked with her for about 15 minutes is all. Then the bill came. They charged me $407!!!!! To just speak with a lady for 15 minutes. I spoke to 3 different people in the billing departments and they wouldn't/couldn't do anything about. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! I would give it 0 stars but I can't. CentraCare will no longer be getting any of my business!!
P.S: I wish that I could give zero stars, because they are not worth one.
If you are starting out and trying to determine if you have Sleep Apnea go to 800CPAP store on the internet. They have a test that they will mail to you for $250 and you mail it back to them the next day. They will advise a unit for you and set it up prior to shipping it out to you. I purchased the Dream Station with a humidifier (top of the line) and a very comfortable mask, total bill $1100. By the time you get done with the Centra-Care Sleep Center you will have your insurance deductible maxed out and instead of $1100, you will be paying in my case $2500. You can use your HSA to help pay the bill.
Fantastic experience. Friendly staff, quiet rooms. Beds are amazing.
Hind sight is 20-20.
