If I could give a ZERO I would. 4 hours of chasing my tail to get everything done that they needed and FINALLY get a fax with my son's prescription to them and after the 4th or 5th phone call into them they finally tell me "well you know we can't get these done today right? Our surfacer is down. Did no one tell you that? NO! None of your incompetent tram told me. Actually we specifically stated TODAY WE NEEDED THE GLASSES and you continued to promise of the lenses were in the warehouse you could do it in 1 hour. Awful experience. Go elsewhere!!! Specifically if you get Dawn, she is RUDE abd will give you every excuse possible about why they can't help you.

I really wanted to get glasses here since it's so cheap, but, the customer service was bad. I went in three times and all three times I was disappointed. One time a worker started to help me look for frames similar to my own then just left to greet a new customer and ignored me for at least 10 minutes before I left. I went to the nearby Lenscrafters and bought glasses there.
I've never had such terrible service anywhere in my entire life. I would like to start off vy saying im a full time college student working a part time job, im down here for the school year and i needed somewhere that would take my insurance. THEY screwed up on my insurance and told me I had a balance of 500$ for glasses. My prescription had changed so I needed new glasses. I got them ordered and walked out with them that day. I then received a call saying I owed 340 some dollars, I don't have that kind of money and they told me that it was covered the day before. So today I simply went in an asked for a copy for my bill so i could get it to my parents so they can help me figure this out, and said they could call and pay tomorrow. AGAIN THEY SCREWED UP, not me. They refused to give me a copy of my bill without me taking my glasses off my face so they could take them back. I live over an hour away and they expected me to drive home WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO SEE. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard in my life, it's not my fault you messed up now you expect me to drive home WITHOUT Glasses and go for a entire day without seeing because of something they did! I told them someone would call and take care of the balance but I just needed to know what was owed, and I needed a copy of the receipt of what was owed. I've never felt so disrespected and uncared for in my life. If I could rate a 0 stars I would. I will not recommend anyone going here.
Overall bad experience. Made multiple trips and the doctors never seemed to know my situation, and customer service was subpar. Would not recommend to anyone
