WASTE OF MONEY!! I bought a special edition bed and am unable to return it because of their stupid return/exchange policy! would not recommend shopping with sleep number. You can find a better bed somewhere else with better service.
Good sales guys; of course they want you to buy the high-end model, but when pushed, they were open to showing me everything and answering all my questions. Undoubtedly the best beds to sleep on, look at the latest Consumer Reports on mattresses. Just note that the Sleep Number model is either a bed shipped to you ($89) or home setup ($249 or more), so don't think you're going to a store to pick up a bed. Our first Sleep Number bed still works great (it is exactly 18 years old).
Selection is good as we went for the Presidents day sale and purchased a closeout bed. However DO NOT GO TO TOM FERGUSON! Complete MORON! He sold us our bed. Delivery is supposed to be within 2 weeks and a phone call 3-4 days prior. Well was just about 2 weeks when no call, so we decided to call Tom and see what is up. Come to find out he had inputted the WRONG phone number from our paperwork to fill out. So then a few more days go by (passed the 2 week mark) we decide to call actual place that is to deliver and come to find out HE NEVER CALLED TO CHANGE OUR NUMBER! So now, instead of 2 weeks it is a month before we will even get our bed. Not happy, total crap!
