It's nicer than I thought it would be. Bed isn't bad but I've been in better. I had a fridge and microwave. Bathroom is decent. Flat screen TV. No major complaints here. Front desk seemed nice. $10 pet charge per night. Sucks, but it's better than some other places. Lots of stuff within walking distance. Overall it's a good stay.
Stay was fine but room was very dated and the room was very cold and the heat didn't seem to work. Otherwise it was fine. They accepted us as very late check-in which was good.
My room seemed very comfortable and I slept well. Unfortunately, in the morning I spotted a bedbug on one of the pillows. I looked around before I slept, under the mattress and in the sheets, etc and didn't see anything. I looked further after spotting the bedbug and noticed blood spots on the carpet near the wall. A friend staying at the same hotel said she saw blood spots on the wall in her room as well. When I called to request a refund/money towards a new suitcase just now the person I spoke with was very accommodating and she is putting money onto my credit card as a refund. She was very kind and helpful. They are going to take care of the issue immediately with pest control.
Friendly staff. Easy check-in. Recently updated room. Appreciated the outlets in the base of bedside lamps. Motel was full, but room was quiet. Close to lots of stores and restaurants. Water reached temperature quickly, good pressure in shower.
Stayed here for a conference, someone else booked our rooms. Honestly, my expectations were LOW based on past experiences with other Super 8 motels. But they have made me rethink staying at Super 8s. Breakfast was great! (I love waffles!
