The owner is a complete idiot, customer service was HORRIBLE and was mischarged. Called to have it corrected and rather than finishing it himself, he directs me to corporate. The guys takes no responsibilty and is useless to talk to. Checking in was a complete diasaster and the hours are ridiculous. SAVE YOUR SELF and just go with U-Haul.
