Was in a rollover accident, did not choose this company to haul my vehicle away. Showed forms of ID other than my drivers license and wasn’t allowed to get my garage door opener from the wrecked vehicle, was denied. Another three hours in a vehicle to come back to this place to get a garage door opener.
Worst tow company on the planet. The owner is completely rude and refused to give me my vehicle over the weekend although he initially told me I could pick it up on Saturday. I called to ask questions and I was hung up on MULTIPLE times. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
Had the misfortune of getting towed due to a fire hydrant violation. DMV is so far behind car was still in previous owners name. Collins worked with me while I had proof of purchase faxed over from dealer. Awesome company.

I'm sure they did their job and they've heard it all but wouldn't answer any of my questions. Just kind of ignored me. I was also charged for 3 days of storage when the vehicle was only there 37 hours. I don't know what kind of math they use! :( Maybe next time they can communicate a little better!
This company, from the owner to the receptionist, act in a deplorable and unethical fashion towards their customers. When we called them about getting our car out of their impound lot, the owner yelled, used profanity, and threatened us with raising our rates. The receptionist for the company was equally rude, and both of them hung up on us on multiple occasions. These people use predatory business tactics, refused to give their names, and tried to get my 20 year old sister to come to their facility ALONE. I've lived in Minnesota for 18 years, and have never encountered someone as rude and dishonest as these people. If you want your car taken car of, don't trust these people!
