Just love our home but very upset that we did not know that they were going to be putting in 19 Lots or 18 in a gated community behind us with noise for 7 months 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. the city of Saint Cloud gave planning and zoning and okay this noise is unbearable I think that the builders and developers need to release this information we are now looking at selling our brand new patio home

I have found the CMBA to be a very resourceful association for my business needs. For example, one great benefit of being a member is that I get free continuing education classes every year which I can use towards my MN Contractor's License renewals. I highly recommend this organization.
H & S Heating loves the CMBA. What the CMBA does for us is all the extra visibility at the different events through out the year. Probably the biggest reason we belong to the CMBA is for what they all fight for including the sprinkler mandating and different code changes.
