Definitely won’t buy from brandl again. They sprung a down payment on me after everything was said and done. (Finance manager called and said “oh by the way” after I signed everything). And trying to get a hold of anyone there is a chore lol but god forbid they need or want something from you, they will make sure they get a hold of you any way they can lol
Awful experience. Working with Brad and he called and said he would have an answer for me that evening or in the morning. Never heard back. I called next day and it was his day off. Still no follow up after that. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend.
