Eich is great. I had the chance to work with Randy and he is terrific. He made buying a car a simple and pleasant experience. Randy and his team earned 5 stars for their honest (RARE TODAY) no nonsense approach to selling. I purchased a 2016 Mazda 6 from Eich motors and highly recommend you buy from them too. There are 5 Mazda Dealers in the twin cities all of which are much closer to me but I drove over an hour and a half to EIch instead. The Dealers near me were all full of BS. A few lied to my face -so sad. You will not get that at Eich, They treat you with respect and they are employee owned. Great job guys keep it up!
Even better, when I called to make the appointment I thought I needed a tire pressure sensor replaced because a warning light was on. Jason explained what I should do to turn the light off.
I was promptly greeted by Jason when I arrived. He got a loaner car for me to use while mine was being worked on. The car was done close to the time I was told. Jason returned my car washed and he wiped it down.

Jake and staff did a nice job for us, and were quite accommodating. They got us in pretty much the vehicle we wanted at what looks to be a fair price (via True Car). Offering a free loaner with a full tank of gas while we waited for our car to come in was a nice touch.
